Hey! I’m Austin.

Here are some things I love:

Jess, my incredibly-supportive wife of 7(!) years • all animals, including Cooper and Ancho, our anxious senior dog and weird little vampire cat — and all the other little critters we foster • supporting my friends’ passions • making music • so many movies • leading an inclusive motorcycle group • the first lilac bloom of the year • soup weather • teaching & mentoring • being an uncle • farmers markets • travel of all kinds

I’ve been a photographer for 12 years now; one as a street photographer, two as a sports photographer, two as a photojournalist, and seven as an adventure elopement wedding photographer alongside Jess.

Empowering people through photography, in all the various forms it’s taken in my career, has been a true joy.

It means so much to me to be able to just help people, and do some good in this fun, creative, powerful way.
